Since then Diane gained invaluable experience with two large property management firms. She quickly helped both firms grow to over 250+ units, but quickly realized “bigger isn’t necessarily better”. When an opportunity recently arose where she was able to build her own business…the result was Tallahassee Real Estate Solutions. A small, boutique firm, specializing in servicing the needs of homeowners, and tenants alike.

For homeowners, you can be assured your property will be personally managed by the owner of the company. For tenants, you’ll be able to work directly with the owner of the management company on your lease and any maintenance issues that may arise.
